Kid Partners Yoga uses breathing activities, yoga poses, music, movement games, and relaxation to help children learn ways to find focus and calmness, and to promote positive feelings about themselves and their world. Our classes provide a non-competitive, nurturing environment in which kids can be more confident and comfortable with their bodies and how they move. In addition to Kid Partners Yoga classes and events, we can share the fun at birthday parties or help Girl Scouts earn a badge!

One on One Yoga Therapy (any age)
Kids on the spectrum, those with sensory processing differences, or little ones with muscular tightness or weakness can often benefit even more from experiencing yoga one on one.
This setting allows for more direct attention and modifdications during breathwork, centering yoga games, and relaxation. More emphasis can be spent on individual strategies they can implement during their day for calming or focus, unique to their specific needs.
